Nippu Music Review
1.Song: Vega Vega
Artists: Shankar Mahadevan
Lyrics: Chandrabose

Energetic number by Shankar Mahadevan. The tempo of the song is same
through out. A typical style of Thaman musicals. Chandrbose’s lyrics are ok.

2.Song: Nena Ninnu
Artists: Karthik, Chitra
Lyrics: Vanamali

Karthik and Chitra had rendered the romantic duet very well. Chitra’s voice
is melodious. Vanamali's lyrics are good. Average music.

3.Song: Alibaba
Artists: Javed Ali
Lyrics: Viswa

Song praising the bond of friendship. Javed Ali is ok and Viswa’s lyrics
are not great. Music is ok.

4.Song: Oy Pilla
Artists: Tippu, Harini
Lyrics: Rama Jhogayya Sastry

Typical Ravi Teja kinda duet with mass beat. Rama Jhogayya Sastry’s lyrics
are just about ok. Extensive usage of drums by Thaman.

5.Song:Duba Duba
Artists: Thaman
Lyrics: Bhaskarabatla

Solo Number as Ravi Teja tries to woo Deekshaseth to love him.
Bhaskarabatla’s lyrics are ok. Nothing new in the song in terms of music.
Routine stuff. Could have been better.

6..Song:Dhiya Dhiya
Artists: Rahul Nambiar, Sri Krishna, Krishna Chaitanya, Deepu,Geetha
Madhuri and chorus
Lyrics: Anantha Sriram

A Wedding Function song. Kinda Family reunion situation. Anantha Sriram’s
lyrics are There is more noise than sound. We have heard this music in
Thaman’s films earlier.

7. Song: Slokam
Artists : Sravana Bhargavi

The classic ‘Maha Ganapathim’ sloka is rendered beautifully by Sravana
Bhargavi.Just like Ganesh Prardhana in Happy days.

Verdict : 2.5/5. Strictly Average album
