Films with big brands always carry an additional attraction in grabbing everyone’s interests. Lingusamy, Arya, Madhavan, Sameera Reddy, Amala Paul, Yuvan Shankar Raja and Nirav Shah – What else more do you need from a film to get itself on the headlines. ‘Vettai’ has 5 tracks with different genres and the music reminiscences the typical style of Lingusamy-Yuvan’s previous movies.

1. Dham Dham

Vocals: Karthik, Krish

Lyrics: Na. Muthukumar



Remember ‘Theradi Veedhiyil’ from Run that had created ripples of sensation before years. Here’s one such track the faintly reminds of it. Singers Karthik and Krish have crooned the track and the visuals canned by Nirav Shah should add more intensity to the song.

2. Dhama Dhama

Vocals: Haricharan, Swetha Mohan

Lyrics: Na. Muthukumar



Haricharan and Swetha Mohan – known for transfixing with their melodious voices are here for a marriage song. The song was shot in the backdrops of Pondicherry. The song will have the marriage drama of Madhavan and Sameera Reddy with Arya and Amala Paul rendering the song. It’s sure to be a favorite song for everyone as marital bliss is something a part and everyone.

3. Kattipidi

Vocals: Vijay Prakash, Swetha Pandit

Lyrics: Na. Muthukumar



The song is a romantic track pictured on Arya and Amala Paul. Not so attractive for the first few times you hear it. Vijay Prakash has done his job well and Swetha Pandit with her sassy voice keeps her part going well.
4. Pappa Pappa Pappapa

Vocals: Yuvan Shankar Raja, Renuka

Lyrics: Na. Muthukumar



The song has already become a huge hit carrying maximum hits in youtube.com. Moreover, it turns to be the best one in the entire album for the kind of folk style. Yuvan Shankar Raja carries out the entire track with an ease while newcomer Renuka becomes the showstopper here.

5. Thaiyya Thakka Thaiyya

Vocals: Harini, Saindhavi

Lyrics: Na. Muthukumar



The song of the sisters and is shot extensively in the greenish fields and countryside. It’s like a conversation between the sisters about the younger one asking her elder one about the kind of spouse she is dreaming off.

‘Vettai’ has commendable tracks and Yuvan lives up to the expectations of the music buffs, who were enthralled with his musical score for ‘Paiyaa’.
