The buzz around tinsel town is that actress Nayanthara is sending feelers to K-town in an attempt to make a comeback, now that she has reportedly broken up with beau Prabhu Deva.
Director Vishnuvardhan is yet to rope in a leading lady for Ajith in his forthcoming flick. Despite making several attempts to sign up an actress, Vishnu is still not successful. With the news that Nayanthara is looking for new offers, Vishnuvardhan sees a beam of hope in his direction.
When asked about this Vishnu said, “Yes, talks are on for Nayantara, but we have not signed her yet.â€
Initially, producer A.M. Ratnam wanted dusky actress Anushka to do the role, but she can’t spare the required dates as she is busy with other Tamil films. Around the same time, the news about Nayan being ready to act once again spread like wildfire.
This yet-to-be-titled Ajith starrer is in pre-production works and the director is in search of a suitable actress to pair up with Thala Ajith.
